As a result, we are designers as opposed to packagers. Every single member of our team has studied under a formal design program with a specialty in interior design, architecture or merchandising.

Recreation Room
The RECREATION ROOM in the cellar of this residence will be finished with a sofa, console, area rug, side chairs, artwork and/or mirror(s) to create a warm, functional space for relaxation and fun.
Vestibule
CHDR believes that first impressions are critical. The experience for potential buyers begins with the VESTIBULE. CHDR will ensure that the landing has maximum impact, guiding potential buyers to the great room through the use of a console, artwork and/or mirror(s) and accessories.
Great Room
The GREAT ROOM in this residence is open and bright. CHDR will properly define the large space with the use of a sofa, area rug, seating, a sideboard and tables, and finish with curated artwork and/or use of mirrors to create a space ideal for entertainment.
Home Office
CHDR will furnish the room next to the Great Room as a HOME OFFICE. Completed with a desk and office chair, area rug, with seating and accessories, this room will be a productive space that is both functional and warm.
Entry
The ENTRY will introduce buyers to the first floor. CHDR will define the space with a console table, thoughtfully picked artwork or a mirror, along with our signature styling of accessories to set the tone for the rest of the home.
Living Room
The LIVING ROOM in this residence is open and integrated with the dining area. CHDR will properly define the space by providing a luxurious selection of furniture, with a sofa, chairs, and accessories that will create a warm, earthy living space that sets a welcoming tone for visitors.
Dining Area
Defining the DINING AREA in this residence will help potential buyers envision the integrated living and dining area. CHDR will provide a dining table with chairs and wall art to show potential buyers how to utilize the space.
Primary Bedroom
Equipped with a king bed, nightstands, an area rug and ample lighting makes for a perfectly furnished warm PRIMARY BEDROOM. Our design will enhance the airy nature of the room and highlight the space's built-in features, completing the walk-in closet with a bench and rug to amplify the space.
Second Bedroom
The SECOND BEDROOM in this residence will serve as a children's bedroom, decorated with two twin beds, a nightstand, an area rug, lighting, as well as colorful bedding, décor pillows, and accessories, creating a vibrant place for welcoming families.
Third Bedroom
The THIRD BEDROOM in this residence will be completed with a queen bed, nightstands, an area rug, ample lighting, as well as luxurious bedding, décor pillows, and accessories to create a serene and high-end guest bedroom.
